Spartanburg enhancement update: County Courthouse, JUMPSTART facility

An firm that mentors people who are currently incarcerated or recently produced is developing a transitional village off of Wingo Road in Wellford. 

The transitional properties, known as Restoration Village, is remaining crafted by JUMPSTART and will property plan individuals for a 12 months.
