This home on Frytown Road near Warrenton sold for $1.49 million.
Built in 2004 on Frytown Road, the house features a two-story great room, 4-1/2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a patio, a pavilion with stone fireplace, an unfinished basement and a detached garage with two-bedroom apartment upstairs.
The Cedar Run District property went on the market in April with an asking price of $1.49 million, according to Realtor.com.
Gloria L. Beahm of Long & Foster represented the seller and Paul Henry of Era Teachers represented the buyer.
The most recent list of Fauquier real estate transactions includes two other seven-figure sales:
• A 19th-century home with two apartments in an accessory building on Warrenton’s Main Street sold for $1.1 million.
The main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fireplaces, 10-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen and a stone patio.
The accessory building has a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment.
The half-acre property went on the market in May with an asking price of $1.1 million, according to Realtor.com. It last sold four years ago for $765,000.
Wendy Johnson with Ross Real Estate represented the seller and Lindsay Potter of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
• 12.2 acres with five modular buildings at Vint Hill sold for $2 million.
The buildings include those that house Lord Fairfax Community College satellite classrooms and one of Fauquier’s three business incubators.
