Neighbors express concerns around software for outsized garage

PROSPECT — A system to create an about-sized garage on a ton on Tress Road elicited problems and opposition from some residents.

John Muratori is looking for a exclusive permit to develop a 1,440-sq.-foot detached garage at 32 Tress Street, exactly where he is constructing a property with his spouse, Carmela.
